The Claim Form should be filled out online or submitted by mail if you purchased an electronic ticket to Defendant’s zoo between August 28, 2022, and January 16, 2024, and paid a convenience fee in connection with such purchase. Persons included in the Settlement will be eligible to receive a pro rata portion of the Settlement Fund, which will be based on the total amount of convenience fees they paid. Checks will be mailed, or electronic payments will be made to eligible Settlement Class members if the Settlement is approved by the Court.
Complete information about the Settlement and Settlement Class Member Benefits are available in the Notice and on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page of this website.
Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked (if mailed) no later than July 21, 2025. Claims submitted after the deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.
Remember: All Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked no later than July 21, 2025.
Where can I find my Unique ID?
If you received an Email Notice indicating that you are part of the Settlement Class, you will have a 10-character alphanumeric "Unique ID" and a 4-digit "PIN". Both values will be found on the top of your Email Notice.
If you did not receive an Email Notice or have lost yours, please check here to use the Unique ID and PIN lookup tool. If this lookup does not locate a Unique ID and PIN, you will need to download, print and mail a paper Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator.
